Complaint

My rain wifi is not working no signal on 4g and 5g I tried calling rain the support no. Thats provided On the rain app they keep on dropping the phone when i select the support option 1 I've been trying to get hold of the support dept. The hole day no luck...bad customer service indeed ...when I select option2 for sales a quick response so you guy just want to push sale and necklace customers when the need technical support...I mean realy
