Complaining about the same thing EVERY WEEK! Come on!!!!

I'm honestly tired of complaining every week, if you guys really don't want to offer me any service please re-imburse me and come get your device. The loop didn't work for almost a week, spoke to a lot of people trying to sort this out, eventually after 6 days with no connection it was sorted. Tell me why I have been without internet since Wednesday???? I travelled for work thinking when k come back Sunday it will be working to my Suprise I am still without internet. 2 full weeks now while they debited the full amount.
