Complaining
I paid them on the 26th of April.. on Saturday 3 May they disconnected my wifi Router network and my account says em owing them R589.00 .. iv been using rain for more than 5 years, this time em so disappointed. Then now I have make an agreement to pay the outstanding balance that I don't even know.. I had to R50 to get reconnected again .. Call center no one is answering
