Complain Rain 5G network keep on making promises that they don't keep, I don't have internet connection, if the internet comes back it will interrupted all the time

Complain Rain 5G network keep on making promises that they don't keep, I don't have internet connection, if the internet comes back it will interrupted all the time. Their excuse for the last two weeks is that the 5G tower is down, we are now connected to 4G tower but still we experience issues with connection and they don't answer calls. I asked them for an external router but until today no answer.
