Complain Good day I am Joseph Machete I reported in the last few weeks that I didn’t receive an order of purchase of two SIM cards which was to be delivered by CCD courier and your response was that you are going to investigate the matter and get back to me. But until now I haven’t heard back from you and I just realised that CCD courier updated you that I collected the order, which is a false statement because I have never received or collected anything from rain and CCD courier or even a feedback from rain and ccd courier never reached me. I want to advise you to clear up this false information and put records straight.
