Good day. There’s no easy way to contact Rain. Every time I send an email, no response so I have to call them and wait 20-100min online the time they answer airtime is finished. Rain is charging us even if you disconnected your router. I owed them the money for router which I disconnected myself 3-4 months ago and even today I still owed them. RAIN ARE YOU ******** US OR WHAT?
What is this thing called NO CONTRACT?
