Complain and bring back my money your service sucks

They don't want to reverse my money of R479 its been almost three to four weeks nows they promised they would reverse my money within 7 to 14 days and I have never used their service but they don't want to reverse my money I tried to to contact them several times they promise to reverse the money now I'm frustrated and ****ed of their poor service so please rain network return my money and contact me on *** or email *** I want my money back
