Complain and bad service
Good day, Rain has been a nightmare to me, in June they have debited twice (R500) and I was not able to get a refund. Now I have canceled the subscription with them, but they still debit my account, now I'm not able to get hold of them over the phone and still they are not responding to my email.

The same way you invoices me twice in June is the same what's happening now, I have my bank statement proving that you invoiced twice. With the arrears I'm not buying it, please refund

06 Nov 2023, 13:38I am not sure even now that you are investing this matter, I canceled the subscription on the 26 October 2023, I even have the email I received from you( RAIN) and one of the consultant promised to refund my June payment that debited twice and she advised no amount will be debited for November
