Complain about Rain WiFi

I had a wifi contract with Rain but I cancelled their offer after they dont meet my needs and i notify them with email and call them, and after they dont get payment its where they respond because i must move my money because of them, the lady who called me so that I can manually pay their incorrect amount she did not call again now they keep on testing my bank everyday they don't want to cancel, now i call them they said my ID number is not corresponding with the detail that are infront of them and after they drop the call I called twice both of them did the same thing
