Complain

I dont think rain is the real deal it is realy a money making company to quick to deduct money from the accout but no serviser provider i selected sim activation of R250 and the dedected R479 from my account***0 without my authorization ,i have disputed it with no feedback and i have wasted my time chatting with them on they live chat for my refund tiil today all i hear is empty promised that they will refund me but nothing happens, if you cannot provide the a serviser why take people 's money all u do is offer empty promised. All i want is my money so i can take it to a serviser provider that can provide me with a better service cause clearly they dont know what they doing and they have not done their homework
