Complain

I don't have internet access since I woke up thus morning and I'm not surprised because this happens almost every weekend. Mind you that I don't use the internet during the week because I'm at work and when the time comes for me to use it it's off. Come month end they debit the full amount and when I call them they always say it's loadshedding and guess what we don't experience loadshedding in my erea I'm even tired of that excuse. Anyone please recommend a better service provider because Rain is really useless we are just paying for nothing then again you have to use extra money to buy data and airtime to call them because even if I send an email to their support they don't respond
