Complain

I would like to cancel my subscription.. Delivery was supposed to be done yesterday. Received a call on Thursday nothing was delivered.. Made immediate payment they received my money. Tried calling them the only way of communication is via the app.. No one Called me back or rep**** on the app.. I'm really disgusted
