**** company Rain

i ordered rain home router in June and it did not work i called them several times with no help, my monthly fee was taken from the account on the 25th of June. i then took the router back since it was not working and cancelled the contract due to that and no one was able to help me. they came and took their router i then asked from my refund since the 08 July till date i haven't received my money. i sent proof of payment and following up every week with no help. i am so fastrated about this.
