Collection of router
To the pathetic manager's at Rain. Please can you explain to me why after a year of canceling my account with you that you now are arranging for the router to be collected. This service is disgusting!! after me telling your courier company to get a manager to call me for an explanation they send me a sms to say they were unable to get a hold of me! Just pathetic

07 Nov 2022, 21:28Idiot if you go into my call logs with rain dating back to last year I agreed for the router to come be collected!!! My reason for requesting to speak to a senior manager is to understand 1.why didn't anyone pitch up and 2.why after a year a WHOLE ****ing year yourl are coming back and if its an error how does this not be tracked and looked into only after a WHOLE YEAR!!! But you know you what incompetence seems to run throughout the whole company!!
Have your courier company contact me tomorrow exactly at 15:30 to set a date when I'M available for them to come and collect.
And as per my previous msg I requested for a manager to call me but I guess they rather pass the buck and not call.
