Collecting on paid up accounts

I actually want to give no star at all. I canceled rain a while back then suddenly l owe money but no one can explain why when they canceled and collected their router. I went on and paid this amount no one can explain but what do you know today l get sms of final demand, so not only are you ripping people off for canceling you don't even up date once they have paid. I have tried calling several time but the number on the sms doesn't go through the rain support you hold on for decades with no answer. I won't be surprised if you try to debit my acc monthend again because clearly rain is not managed well.
