Rain doesnt know their own system. I was attempting to find out if rain network supports vnc or ps4 remote play or remote access. But between their support and sales all they can to is transfer you. No one knows what that is or who to ask. To the point that they just drop the call. Im trying to find this out before buying. But you cant even email them cause they dont even have an email address on their web page.

Its clear they want you to step into their trap of payment then tell you sorry we cant help you. Not interested in preventing you from waisting money. Their not transparent. So rain is another company not providing a service. They're out to swindle whatever they can out of you. Steer clear not a service provider.
