Clueless staff
So i have a month to month subscription for R580 but my balance is over R4000.how is this possible and when i asked to cancel the subscription they say it cant be cancelled and so my balance keeps increasing for a service im not using...as a person with pppoe and network knowledge im being told my service cant be suspended..this is unacceptable as i requested for the service to be cancelled months ago
