Cloudy bunch - be really careful and consider other service provider

Service stinks. Logged a query and get a response telling me they will reply to my query within 24-48 hours ****** hell thats 2 days. To RICA the SIM card is really tricky and make a mistake during the process and you’re *****ed, can’t make changes or start again. No support numbers to talk to a consultant either so I have to stick it out for a few days before I receive a callback. This is only the beginning, really scared of what lies ahead with this cloudy bunch.
