Close down that's all

This service is useless I was told many time change the apn and pls dont even get me started by saying I have to check my coverage because I've done that many time and I even called in to make sure that my area even have 4G and yet it is so slow I even got the 4G sim in a router and yet it's speed is under 0.987kbps .....while im typing this I received a email after I put in a complaint telling me the same thing swop my devices or change my apn or reboot my router this is not worth a network unless u live close to a tower 😤 because I live about 2km or less away from the tower but yet still slower then a snail 🐌 worst service providers ever and if anyone of rains company want to contact me and ask for proof of emails back and forth pls Come at me I got all the people I spoke to since getting this product.. and the reference number being provided is just one of the other references I got.
