Client Support

Rain has offered 2 sim cards to me with some airtime and data. It has been a mission to make the sim cards work. After the set up instructions that were finally provided by Rain after a lot of effort the Sims still not work and not connection is achieved. What was supposed to be a client offering became a nightmare. The support function at Rain NEVER replies to my sms and I would rate their customer service close to zero. Hello Peter is my last resort as the first time to set up Sims. Good service levels is not at everyone's reach
