Client complaint

I ordered a rain 5G router two weeks ago and still dont have it mainly because I am using a passport that expired. I misplaced my id and did an avidavit .Also have a copy less certified less than three weeks. The CCD delivery people wont help . Rain promised to authorize my delivery no one has come back to me. The call centre drops my call. The strange part is they managed to deliver a sim card with the same docs now they cant deliver. Where is the consistency ? Very dissapointed client.
