Class initiative.

I have been following up with rain for 3 weeks now in regard to the refund that is due, they are really not helping. I am pleading to the public if Rain has erroneously debited your account more than they should and to date you have not received your refund please reach out to me privately so we can consolidate our claims to form a class action against Rain. thank you.
