We used a rain sim card on my partners phone and really enjoyed the perks of it we then thought we might as well get a connection for our household. We checked the website and it advised that we had 5G coverage in our area . We purchased the tower and waited 24hrs for us to receive service . Back and fourth with the contact centre they sent out a technician and the technicians confirmed that there is an issue with the 5G tower in the area. We immediately contacted the contact centre for a cancellation and refund. 3 weeks down the line and we are still waiting . They do advise us that it is assigned to an agent Babalwe and she will call us back . Up until today we still have not received any response from Babalwe and the debit order date is closeby and I am not prepared to be paying for something I am not using .
