made application to Rain for home internet...1st consultant told me I cannot get 5G - then 2nd consultant told me I could get 5G... so I signed up - got the router which does not even switch on - called and advised Rain - was told the query was referred to the Logistics dept... called the next day.. was told the same thing...called the following day and was told the same thing - referred to logistics dept - I then asked to speak to a supervisor - Tyrone Chetty came on the line - more *********** that the call centre agents - could not help at all - just told me the same thing - I have to wait 48 hours before I could get feedback........worse service I have ever received....Boy do I regret signing up with Rain....wonder if I will ever get feedback......
