The customer service that i got from rain data or internet services has been horrible first of when the guys who delivered my package was as rude as he can be then they refuse to deliver my package then i am struggling to receive my money back i have to call them, for a 4 days now they are not contacting me i must keep on calling them they the team leader an the supivisor refuse to assist me an the person who called me kathlego Choma put the phone down in my ear how can they say they are a company but you treating your clients with disrespect not attending to them not calling them what supivisor or team leader dont want to attend the client call i have never ever receive such a horrible treatment from any service provider then rain data internet service
