Cheers to the worst network ever + cx service

I'd rate you guys 0 out 5. The worst internet and customer service ever. Even telkom is better than you guys and I'd consider that a low blow. I'm sure I'm about to lose my job because of your terrible service. I'm literally 0.1kms away from a tower but my speed is literally sitting on bps. When raising tickets your customer service is pathetic cause no one ever does anything. I'm literally signing warnings and sitting in meetings explaining why I cannot work. My sim card is freakin offline and I'm sure it will take a month to get this **** online. Thanks for putting me through the most. Just great!!!
