Check what you paying for and when changing debit order dates

Good day Check what you paying for This is for all to know what poor service Rain offers and the call center just as bad real ********. First i had a problem with the speed cause it buffers then change to 50/50 but when i check speed on internet is showed 20 to 23 speed. I informed them they sent out someone to fix it BUT now it moved to 30/30 and im paying for 50/50. Next week or so back to the same thing 20 to 23. The cherry on the cake is i changed my debit order date and they blocked my account and made a payment Friday and the Monday the debited my account again when i call them they wanted me to believe that two payments in one month is right. One 24/02/2023 and the other 1/03/2023 and refuse to refund me as if i dont know what im talking about.
