Check Account status but paid my account so pathetic!!! and unproffessional!!

I am writing with so much dissapointment, I paid for my Rain account but it still does not work.

When I try to login to check my invoice it says my details are incorrect so pathetic fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
