Cheating the Customer

I cancelled my rain sim card on the first week of October, hence it was scheduled to be cancelled by the end of October but now, I did not use the internet service for the whole of October yet I am being charged for the month of November. Why are you guys cheating the customer, you are definitely cheating the customer, one cannot pay for unused internet service, its definitely *********.
