Cheating company with no professionalism.

If i could give a rating of Zero i would. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the service i have received from Rain. I scheduled a sim cancellation from their website in the month of November to which i got a message on the website that my service would be cancelled at the end of November. This never happened but instead when i called the call center i was taken from pillar to post being told that this was arranged and would be cancelled immediately. This never happened up till this day and i have been calling to get it sorted and have been getting the following reference numbers: 1. ***5 2. ***7 3. ***1 The last straw this morning when i called at 08:07 to inquire about this the lady called Phezisa was just plain rude and refused to give me a reference for my call and told me that suddently they would charge me for the month because i had used the Sim card. My question is how would i know if it's been cancelled if i don't try to use it? The service of this company is absolutely disguisting. I would discourage anyone considering joining rain to think twice because a customer is clearly not important to this company.
