Chatbots agent should be banned!!

Rain is so frustrating.whenever you request to be assisted with any Wi-Fi related queries you chat to ****in BOT that doesn't even help. They are of no help! Even when I've requested to chat to an Actual agent numerous times it glitches and puts you through to another BOT !
