Charging me for services I did not use

Why am I owing rain for service I did not use or for services you did not render? I stopped using rain in December 2024, Why is rain still charging me? I'm not using your services why do I owe you Jan, Feb,March & April if I stop using rain in December? Please fix this, otherwise I'm taking this further to Ombudsman, they must know know what you doing customers, this is *****. Pure ***** daylight *******, it's wrong. You cannot make people pay for services they did not use. Just come fetch your router.
