Charges for no service

Adding a 1 star review every time I receive 0 mbps with full signal on the rain one. Apparently I am connecting to a “far away tower”. Please do tell me how I am choosing to connect to this tower that is not the one closest to me. And no, I cannot face or place the thing any closer to Camdeboo road unless I walk it over there and run an extension cord back to my house.
