Good Day, I have cancelled the rain sim card and it has not been in use for July however my account was deducted the R479 with no usage which I have proof of statement. I have logged a query through their support tab however there is no feedback. I want my money refunded and subscription to be cancelled as I am not using the rain sim any longer.
