Charged without using the services.

Very disappointed by their services. Their consultant's incompetence had me charged recklessly as I was not given the correct information, I had requested months before. Now they telling me I was advised wrongly and they can't do anything about it even though I have proof of emails and ticket number.... I'm struggling to understand why is it my fault that their worker wasn't trained properly.
