Charged More Than the Price Confirmed by Rain

Another month, another billing issue with Rain.

I received an email confirming that my package price would increase to R619 effective 1 May. Now, without any explanation, I am being told the amount is R649.

This is the second time I have had to deal with billing discrepancies after already resolving a similar issue last month. Customers should not have to continuously monitor their accounts and dispute incorrect charges.

I will not be paying an amount that differs from the price communicated to me. Please explain where this additional increase comes from and correct my account immediately.

The ongoing billing errors and poor communication are unacceptable.
