CHARGED FOR SERVICES UNUSED AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM THEIR CONSULTANTS

When i joined the sales guy told me it was month to month and not a contract then for the past 2 months i was not paying obviously because i wasnt using their services...to my surprise this month am being debited 3 times for services i didnt even use .....At times you would pay and it will only work for 3 weeks then boom no network coverage it is only good for the first 6 months ..... Called them yesterday and i spoke to a rude agent named Millah who gave me attitude because i wanted the supervisor to provide me with the recording of the day i was sold the router but i was just placed on hold for almost a hour then they hung up ...Rain is a ****
