Charged for service and don't provide

I’m writing this on behalf of Mrs M Moloi she has purchased a sim card by Rain a full week back on Thursday 12 Jan 2023 there was no response regarding the delivery and 5 working days has passed, she has made a number off reports on there site but received no report back, Her refs online are #*** #***

She is worried that the end of the month is about to come and another charge will be deducted, is there anybody that can help with this
