Charged for Internet that never worked!

I got Rain in Dec 2022 and the Internet didn't work, even after i tried all the diagnostic tests and recommendations. I was deducted R461 for a service that I couldn't use and cancelled within 7 days. Their router only got collected on the 21st of Feb after I cancelled in December. They refuse to give me a refund. It wasn't worth it at all. Very disappointed.
