Charged for data never used

Dear Rain

Money has been deducted from my account for data usage I never used.

Having spoke to one of the agents he was very helpful in confirming the the internet usage was not from my sim card.

As such I would like to be re-imbursed immediately with money deducted Secondly, does clients information usually get hacked or mixed up? Is there someone looting clients account?
