Charged for a service I'm not even using

I've been struggling to cancel my service with this company for months now and they continue to debit money off my card for a service I'm not even using. It's been over three weeks now and I still haven't received my refund and I'm getting the same old story about billing query backlogs. I keep chasing and I hit a brick wall every-time. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone because it's just trash and getting your refund is hell.
