Changing the debit date.
I called last month and they advised me that i can call after the 25th so that i can change my debit date once they debit went through so that i can change my debit date to the 25th not the 1st. I called in and they advised me that their escelating the matter so that the debit date can be changed, even today the matter has not been resolved. I have been calling regarding this matter for 2-3 months now but the matter is not being resolved. Do i need to call everymonth ?
