Changing of banking details at Rain

I have tried and change banking details for 3 months now. Every time I am told to re-install the app. This has been done several times. The date for the debit order has still not been changed.

The only reaction you get from Rain is to write a review on Hello Peter.

I really do not know how this Company is managed !!!!
