Changing debit order date without consent.

Why do you guys insist on debiting my account before pay day? I selected a pay date for a reason. Please resolve this. I requested this to be corrected in the past it wasn't. Maybe I should just cancel this account because you clearly disregard your clients. I need this corrected asap.
