I decided to join Rain as a friend of mine suggested it and that was the biggest mistake of my life. After being told that there is coverage in my area i decided to give it a try, however i had almost no service, i had to jump around my house looking for a connection and when i finally found a little something the connection was so slow i couldn't even connect to whatsapp. When i requested a refund i gave all the details they wanted and was told it will take 7 days. its now day 11 and no one can tell me when ill get my refund and no one is even bothered to reply to my emails. This customer service is sh#t!!!!!!! I want my money back that you so easily took from me. i never got the service i was promised and i want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not wait any longer for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
