Change service provider

Rain is insisting on using the following service provider and this is the service that they are satisfied with

Today was the third delivery that I received from this company as the suppliers insist to use them

On the first occasion they refused to use my rates and taxes invoice from the council for FICA purposes as they claim that this is not a valid document for FICA purposes as they insised on a COPY OF MY BANK STATEMENT.

Second round-I provided a conformation of address from the bank and only after a huge issue with their office did they accept the document.

To day - I tried to use a City of Tshwane account dated 2022/07/17 and again they refused to use the document as it is not a copy of my BANK SATEMENT.

Is this Ram way getting hold of your banking details - for what purpose I would not Know

All that I do know that this is the worst service that I have received so far and the company has no intention in resolving the matter

Think twice before using them - because what do they want with your banking details is it is not for a ****

And For a company of this size to be involved to be in a **** make you think twice before you would like to provide them with any information
