Change of personal details

I opened an account and didn't realise I used wrong spelling of my email address, I try to call them they don't respond and I really need to make my payment.

How are you.can you please help me change payment date on my account tp 1st of every month. My account was cut on tje 15th of July and today 31st they deducted money im my bank account so i am failing to change payment date to 1st of every month.please help.and i dont know why they just deduct money without my verification beacuse right now i am not in the country.
