Change of heart

So a couple of months back I wrote a pretty bad review for Rain due to a long list of reasons I am not going to mention again.

BUT

I have to say, after all of our problems have been sorted out I am really really satisfied with their service. We have good signal strength and mostly work without issues.

My only reason for a 4 star and not 5 star rating is because the signal is really slow at the end of every month, I am still able to use it, there is just a bit of lag. But it is not worth complaining about, I do understand that in technology there sometimes are little faults and bugs that needs attention.
