Change my Plan to "Unlimited Off Peak 19 hour's".

The below quotes are some of the emails submitted to rain.

All I require is to change (I requested to be downgraded from Unlimited 24/7) my Sim plan back to the previous plan I had which is "Unlimited off peak 19 Hour's". I don't have the option to switch it on my dashboard.

Day 3 and I'm still not connected.

I have downgraded back to Unlimited off peak, however I haven't been able to reconnect to the network.

I was informed earlier that I'd have to click on the button that says add Unlimited off peak, however I've checked through the Web page and found no such button, please assist as I'm unsure of what to do next.

I have been offline since the payment was processed yesterday. Please could this be changed from pay as you use, to Unlimited off peak 19 hours.

I need to get back online for work purposes please, my hands are tied.

Day 5, still not online.

I have requested, numerous time's for someone to switch my Sim Plan, from pay as you use to my previous Sim plan Unlimited off peak 19 hour's, so far nothing has been done. I'm at the point of frustration cause I have not been able to work at all, I don't have the option of changing it myself, so is there someone out there that can assist me please. This is really ridiculous.
