Change courier companies!
I think its time you guys changed RAM as a courier company for your products! I ordered a 5G Router last week already! Money taken out from my account yet the courier company with rude AF consultants still has not delivered! Do they understand that i had to take an entire day off to sign for the damn router and give them POA?

29 Jun 2021, 17:43Ive spoken to a manager who said they were going to do so, havent heard from them ever since! I do not want any apologies from you guys! I want the 5G router that i have paid for! If it means do in-house delivery.. do so!
